From problem to next step: three application examples.
Explore how discovery, agents and training can connect to everyday work. These three stories use fictional companies and simulated results to explain our approach; they do not represent completed projects.
All companies, situations and figures below are fictional. These examples explain a possible approach and do not provide evidence of customer results or a promise of performance.
Customer service
More context, fewer searches during support.
Fictional services company
Fictional company · Simulated results
Context
In this example, a team of 12 support staff handles 2,000 requests per month, moving between ticket history and a knowledge base.
The problem
Manual searches take time and make customers repeat information. Commercial exceptions get mixed in with recurring questions.
Discovery
Discovery maps contact reasons, approved sources and handoffs. The priority is to support recurring questions while keeping decisions outside policy with people.
The intervention
An agent checks authorized sources and available history, drafts answers and hands over exceptions with context. The team validates the workflow before expanding its use.
People’s role
Support staff check answers and handle exceptions. Leadership keeps guidance current and monitors failures and quality.
HR and internal knowledge
Accessible policies give HR more time for people.
Fictional mid-sized company
Fictional company · Simulated results
Context
A hypothetical organization with 350 people uses an internal portal but still receives recurring policy and request questions through messages.
The problem
Different document versions and difficulty finding current guidance increase questions to HR, which also needs to handle individual matters.
Discovery
Discovery identifies repeated questions, document owners and access limits. Sources need organizing before introducing assisted searches.
The intervention
The team approves a policy knowledge base. An agent points to current sources and helps start requests through authorized workflows, routing personal matters and unanswered questions to HR.
People’s role
HR approves content and handles sensitive situations. Technical owners review permissions so searches cannot expose other people’s information.
Training and workshops

Administrative team at a fictional company
Fictional company · Simulated results
Context
A hypothetical team of eight prepares a weekly report using data already available in approved spreadsheets and documents.
The problem
People use tools differently and repeat steps in organizing and drafting. They lack a shared method for checking sources, calculations and the final text.
Discovery
Discovery concludes that training and standardization offer the first improvement. The team does not need an integrated agent to get started.
The intervention
Workshops use authorized samples to teach context preparation, information organization and output review. The team receives working templates and a report checklist.
People’s role
People check data, calculations and conclusions before approval. The report owner monitors adoption and adjusts templates with the team.
